1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 77fd website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — Any individual registered on the 77fd platform who uses our services.
• "Account" — The personal account created through registration on the platform.

3 Account Security & Usage

4 Deposits

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

5 Withdrawals

The following conditions must be followed to withdraw winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.

6 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

77fd offers a special welcome bonus for first-time depositors. The bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳6,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳11,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in bets.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• The bonus is applicable only once, and only one welcome bonus can be received per account.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, 77fd reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting or playing any game on 77fd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform has a specific cash-out feature, in which case that may be used.
• If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical error, 77fd reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the staked amount.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• For any sports event, the official announcement by the relevant authority will be considered final for determining the result.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, 77fd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

8 Casino & Live Games

The casino section of 77fd features a variety of slots, table games, and live dealer games. The terms for using this section are:

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality and fairness.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to network disconnection or a technical issue, the result will be determined in accordance with the platform's rules.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party game providers; 77fd is not directly responsible for disruptions to their services.
• Any winnings resulting from a bug or error in the game software will not be considered valid.

9 VIP Program & Cashback

77fd's VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your consistent activity and participation on the platform. 77fd reserves the right to change the details of VIP benefits.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fd platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to manage bets or games.
• Employing coordinated strategies to exploit the bonus system or promotional offers ("bonus hunting").
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Assuming another user's identity or operating an account under a false identity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or participating in hacking activities.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.

In the event of a violation of these rules, 77fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice and to forfeit all balances.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

77fd may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• In the event of fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If there is a legitimately earned balance, it will be returned upon account closure, provided no violation is proven during the investigation.
